Questions about our collars, your order, or wholesale? We’d love to hear from you
Send us a message using the form below and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. If you’re getting in touch about an order, please include your order number so we can help.
Each collar takes around a full day to weave by hand. Our prices reflect that time and skill, fair pay for the women who make them, and a contribution to rescue charities caring for street dogs in Morocco. We believe in making things thoughtfully, with care for people, animals and the planet.
Every collar is handwoven to order, so we make in small batches rather than holding large amounts of stock. It means less waste and fairer, steadier work for the artisans. We expect to dispatch our first batch in November, and we’ll email you tracking as soon as it’s on its way.
Measure around your dog’s neck where the collar sits, then add two fingers’ width. Use our size guide to find your size. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one.
No problem. We’ll swap it for a different size for free. Just reply to your order email within 30 days of delivery.
Our collars are made from 100% wool from the Atlas Mountains, coloured with natural dyes and spun using solar power. Money from the wool is reinvested in local land regeneration projects. Finished with solid brass and brass-plated hardware.
Yes. Every collar is handwoven by women artisans in Morocco, and each one takes around a full day to make. Because they’re made by hand, small variations in colour and weave are normal, so no two collars are exactly the same.
Yes. Wool is naturally breathable and soft, so it’s comfortable for all-day wear. Our collars are designed for everyday walks, rain or shine.
Yes, both clip onto the D-ring. That said, our collars are designed to be worn and loved, not to be in a tug-of-war. If your dog pulls hard, we recommend walking them on a harness or slip-lead and letting the collar do what it does best: looking good and carrying their ID tag. In the UK, dogs in public must wear a tag showing the owner’s name and address.
A little rain is fine, as wool naturally copes well with damp. If your collar gets soaked, after a swim or a muddy walk, let it dry flat away from direct heat. To clean it, hand wash and spot clean with cold water and a mild wool detergent, then reshape and dry flat. Please don’t machine wash or tumble dry.
25% of our profits from every collar goes to Moroccan rescues that vaccinate, neuter and rehome street dogs. We also help fund reflective collars to keep street dogs visible to cars at night. And the women who make our collars earn a fairer share, with no middlemen.
Yes. Return it unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Or, if you know a dog who’d love it, pass it on. Your donation to dog rescues still counts.
